Companies

Companies are your agency's directory of contractor firms (trade companies, installers, etc.). They are assigned as assignees on project lots.

A company in this directory does not have an Archispec account. It is not a team member or a client — it is a reference card used to organize lots.

Access companies​

  1. In the main menu, click your agency name
  2. Click Companies

Only agency administrators and owners can manage this list.

Add a company​

  1. Enter the name in the field provided
  2. Click Add

You can also create a company on the fly when assigning a lot's assignee.

Rename or delete​

  • Click the name to edit it inline
  • Click the trash icon to delete (after confirmation)
