Member management
Manage your agency members and their permissions.
Access member management
- In the main menu, click your agency name
- Click Members in the sidebar
- All agency members are displayed
Add a member
- Click Invite a new member
- Enter the member's email address
- Choose the role to assign:
- Owner: full access
- Administrator: can manage members and settings
- Member: standard access
- Choose the projects the member should access
- Click Send invitation
- The member will receive an email with a link to join the agency

Edit a member's permissions
- Click the dropdown menu to the right of the member
- Select the new role
- Changes take effect immediately.
Manage invitations
View pending invitations
In the Members section, all pending invitations are displayed
Resend an invitation
If the member did not receive the invitation email:
- Click "Resend" to the right of the invitation
- A new email is sent
