Member management

Manage your agency members and their permissions.

Access member management

  1. In the main menu, click your agency name
  2. Click Members in the sidebar
  3. All agency members are displayed

Add a member

  1. Click Invite a new member
  2. Enter the member's email address
  3. Choose the role to assign:
    • Owner: full access
    • Administrator: can manage members and settings
    • Member: standard access
  4. Choose the projects the member should access
  5. Click Send invitation
  6. The member will receive an email with a link to join the agency

Edit a member's permissions

  1. Click the dropdown menu to the right of the member
  2. Select the new role
  3. Changes take effect immediately.

Manage invitations

View pending invitations

In the Members section, all pending invitations are displayed

Resend an invitation

If the member did not receive the invitation email:

  1. Click "Resend" to the right of the invitation
  2. A new email is sent
