Catalogue
The Catalogue is your agency's central product library. Products are stored once and reused across all your projects.
In the Archispec interface, the Catalogue menu corresponds to this agency library. Project products are separate and accessible from each project's Products tab.
Access the catalogue
- In the main menu, click Catalogue
- The list of agency products appears
The catalogue shows all agency products, including those from projects you are not a member of. Duplicated products are hidden to avoid duplicates.
Filter the catalogue
Open the filter bar to refine the list:
| Filter | Usage |
|---|---|
| Project | Show products from a specific project, or No project for catalogue-only products |
| Type | Filter by product type |
| Lot | Filter by trade |
| Search | Search by product name |
Filters combine with each other. Click Reset to clear all.
