Product statuses

Each product follows a lifecycle that reflects its progress, from the initial proposal to on-site installation.

Statuses

Who changes statuses?

Agency side

Members, administrators, and owners can change the status of any product at any point in the lifecycle.

Client side

Invited clients can update proposed products:

  • Change a product to Liked or Rejected
  • Approve a product they liked

Post-approval statuses (ordered, delivery, received, installation) are generally managed by the agency.

Change a product's status

  1. Open the product page or use the product list
  2. Click the current status
  3. Select the new status

You can also change the status of multiple products in bulk via Select products.

Best practices

  • Keep products as Unspecified until they are ready to be presented
  • Move to Proposed only when the product is complete (images, price, description)
  • Use status filters to track progress — see Filter products
