Answers to the most common issues on Archispec.
Account and sign-in
I can't sign in
- Check that your email is correct
- If you just signed up, confirm your address via the verification email
- Use the password reset feature if needed
I need to accept the terms of use
On your first sign-in, you must accept the general terms to access the application.
My client can't access the project
- Check that the invitation was sent (see Client sharing)
- Ask them to check their spam folder
- Resend the invitation from the project Client settings
Subscription and limits
I can no longer add products
You have reached the limit of 20 free products. Subscribe to unlock unlimited creation.
I can't invite members
Your subscription has reached the seat limit. Add a seat from Billing > Manage subscription.
A non-administrator can't manage billing
Only agency administrators and owners can access the Billing page. Other members are redirected to member management.
Exports
The export failed
- Click Retry
- Check that products are selected
- Refresh the page and run the export again
I can't find my exported file
Exports (PDF spec book, spreadsheet, purchase order) are saved in the project Files tab, in the Exports folder.

The download link no longer works
Download links expire after a certain time. Go back to Files > Exports folder to download the document.
3D generation
I have no 3D credits left
- Free plan: 10 lifetime credits — subscribe to get 10 credits per month
- Paid plan: credits renew each calendar month

3D generation failed
- Check that the product has at least one image
- Try a different image (product alone, neutral background)
- Try again later if the service is temporarily unavailable
The 3D model doesn't meet my expectations
You can regenerate with a different image. Each new attempt uses 1 additional credit. The previous model remains in the product files.
Browser extension
The extension doesn't work on my browser
The extension is compatible with Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera (Chromium-based browsers).

The extension doesn't detect the product
- Make sure you are on a product detail page (not a list)
- Reload the page and reopen the extension
- Fill in the fields manually if the site blocks extraction
The extension shows "Unauthorized"
- Sign in at archispec.fr
- Check that your email is confirmed
- Check that you have permission to create products in the agency

Client portal
The client can't see certain products
Only products with Proposed status (or beyond) are visible. Change the product to Proposed from the product page.
The client can't see prices
Enable price sharing in the project sharing settings.
The client can't see the Progress tab
Planning must be enabled for the agency and global client sharing must be enabled in the Planning tab.
