Subscription and limits
Archispec offers a free plan and a paid subscription to unlock unlimited product creation and monthly 3D credits.
Access billing
- In the main menu, click your agency name
- Go to Billing
Only agency administrators and owners can manage the subscription.
Free plan
Without a subscription, your agency benefits from:

Products already created remain accessible and editable even when the limit is reached. Only creating new products (and new projects if the subscription is canceled) is blocked.
When you reach the product limit, a message prompts you to subscribe to continue adding products.
Paid subscription

The base price includes 1 user. Each additional agency member uses one seat.
Subscription benefits

- Seat management via the Stripe portal
Subscribe
- Go to Billing
- Choose Monthly or Annual
- Adjust the number of users with the slider
- Click Subscribe
- Complete payment on the Stripe page
Manage subscription
Once subscribed:
- Go to Billing
- Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal
From the Stripe portal, you can update your payment method, change the number of seats, or cancel.
Switching from annual to monthly subscription is only possible at the end of the current period.
Subscription statuses

| Unpaid | Payment issue — update your bank details |
| Canceled | Subscription ended — creation blocked, viewing still possible |
User seats
Each active member or pending invitation counts toward your subscription seat limit.
If your team is at capacity, you will see a message inviting you to add a seat from the billing portal.

3D credits
