Validate products (client side)
The client portal lets your clients share feedback on the products you propose, without accessing the full agency interface.
Visible products
A client only sees products with Proposed status or later. Unspecified products remain invisible until the agency proposes them.

Client actions
On each proposed product, the client can:
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Like | Product moves to Liked status |
| Reject | Product moves to Rejected status |
| Approve | Product moves to Approved status |
Approval requires confirmation before being saved.
The client can also undo their choice and return a product to Proposed status.
Agency-only actions
Post-approval statuses are managed by the team:
- Ordered
- In delivery
- Received
- Installed
The agency updates these statuses as the build progresses.
Notifications
The agency can be notified when:
- A client changes a product's status
- A client sends a message in chat
Configure your preferences in Notifications.
Best practices (agency side)
- Make sure the product is complete (images, price, description) before moving it to Proposed
- Use client preview to check the display
- Adjust sharing settings (prices, links) before inviting
- Respond quickly to approvals via external chat
Per-product chat
Each product has its own discussion thread. The client can ask questions about a specific product without leaving its page.
Project chat (the Chat tab) remains available for general communication.
