Archive a product
Archiving removes a product from the active list without permanently deleting it.
Archive a product individually
- Open the product page
- Click the ⋮ menu (actions)
- Select Archive
- The product disappears from the default list
Archive multiple products
- Select the products to archive (checkboxes)
- Click Archive in the action bar
- Confirm the action

Show archived products
- Open the filter bar (filter icon at the top left)
- Enable the Archived products switch
Only archived products are displayed. Disable the switch to return to the active list.
Restore an archived product
- Enable the Archived products filter
- Open the product page or select it in the list
- Click Restore (⋮ menu or bulk action bar)
The product reappears in the active list.
Effects of archiving
- The product and its files are preserved
- Product chat history is preserved
- The product no longer appears in the default list or in current exports
