Filter products

Use filters to quickly identify relevant products and build your selections.

Access filters​

  1. Go to your project's product list
  2. Click the filter icon at the top left of the list
  3. The filter bar appears to the left of the list
  4. Click a filter to activate it

Available filter types​

Status filter​

Filter by product status

Section filter​

Filter products by section (room, floor, etc.):

  1. Click the Section filter
  2. Select one or more sections
  3. The list updates automatically

3D model filter​

Show only products that have a 3D model:

  1. Enable the Products with 3D filter
  2. The list updates automatically

Lot filter​

Filter products by lot (trade):

  1. Click the Lot filter
  2. Select one or more lots
  3. The list updates

Product type filter​

Filter by product category:

  1. Click the Type filter
  2. Select one or more product types
  3. The list updates

Manufacturer filter​

Filter by product manufacturer:

  1. Click the Manufacturer filter
  2. Select one or more manufacturers
  3. The list updates

Supplier filter​

Filter by product supplier:

  1. Click the Supplier filter
  2. Select one or more suppliers
  3. The list updates

Text search​

Use the search bar to find products by product name. Simply type your search in the "Search by name" field.

Filter archived products​

Enable the "Archived products" switch to show or hide archived products. When enabled, only archived products are displayed. When disabled, archived products are excluded from the list.

Combine multiple filters​

You can activate multiple filters at once to refine your search:

  1. Activate a first filter
  2. Activate a second filter
  3. Both filters are combined with AND logic
  4. Only products matching all active filters are displayed

Reset filters​

To clear all active filters, click Reset at the top right of the filter bar.
