Generate a 3D model

Turn a product image into an interactive 3D model using artificial intelligence, then integrate it into your plans.

Prerequisites

  • At least 1 3D credit available (see Subscription and limits)
  • At least one image on the product page
  • Subscription not canceled

Access 3D generation

  1. Open a product page
  2. Click the 3D tab

Generate a model

  1. Select the image to use as the base
  2. Click Generate 3D model
  3. Wait for processing to complete (a few minutes)

One credit is deducted when generation starts.

Track progress

During generation, a We are generating the 3D model. This may take a few minutes. message is displayed.

The interface updates automatically when the model is ready.

View and download

Once generation is complete:

  1. The interactive 3D viewer appears in the 3D tab
  2. Click Download 3D model to retrieve the GLB file
  3. The model is also available in the product Files

Choose the right image

For best results:

  • Prefer a clear photo of the product alone
  • Avoid images with too many background elements
  • A slightly elevated angle often gives good results

Regenerate a model

If the result doesn't meet your expectations:

  1. Click the option to retry generation
  2. Select a different image if needed
  3. Confirm — this uses 1 additional credit

The previous model remains accessible in the product files.

Remaining credits are displayed on the Billing page and in the 3D tab.

Client side

Clients see a 3D indicator on relevant products, but cannot generate or view 3D models. Generation is reserved for the agency team.
