3D models

Create interactive 3D models for your products: generate them with AI from a photo, or import an existing file.

Prerequisites

• At least 1 3D credit available for AI generation (see Subscription and limits)
• At least one image on the product sheet for AI generation
• Active subscription (not cancelled)

Access 3D models

1. Open a product sheet (the side panel opens on the right)
2. Click the 3D tab

Products with a 3D model display a 3D badge in the list.

Generate a model

1. In the 3D tab, select the image to use as a base
2. Click Generate 3D model
3. Wait for processing to complete (a few minutes)

One credit is deducted when generation starts. A notification tells you when the model is ready — you can keep working during processing.

Import a model

To use an existing 3D file:

1. In the 3D tab, click Import 3D file
2. Select a file (GLB, OBJ, FBX, SKP, STL, etc.)
3. Wait for the import to complete

Import does not consume 3D credits.

Model history

A product can have multiple 3D models. The 3D panel lists all versions:

• The active model displays in the interactive viewer
• Previous models (earlier generations or imports) remain accessible in the list
• Select a model to preview it or set it as the active model

Track progress

During generation, a message We are generating the 3D model. This may take a few minutes. appears, along with a background notification.

The interface updates automatically when the model is ready.

View and download

Once the model is available:

1. The interactive 3D viewer appears in the 3D tab
2. Click Download 3D model to retrieve the GLB file
3. The model is also accessible in the product's Files

Filter products with 3D

In the product list, open filters and enable Products with 3D to show only sheets that have a model.

Choose the right image

For better AI generation results:

• Prefer a sharp photo of the product alone
• Avoid images with too much background clutter
• A slightly elevated angle often works well

Regenerate a model

If the result doesn't suit you:

1. Click the option to retry generation
2. Select another image if needed
3. Confirm — this consumes 1 additional credit

The previous model remains accessible in the history.

3D credits

Paid	10 credits per month (renewed each month)

Remaining credits are shown on the Billing page and in the 3D tab.

Client side

Clients see a 3D indicator on relevant products, but cannot generate, import, or view 3D models. These actions are reserved for the agency team.

Common issues

Message	Solution
You don't have enough credits	See Subscription and limits
Please upload at least one image	Add an image to the product before generating
Generation failed	Retry with another image or later
Unable to import file	Check the format (GLB, OBJ, FBX, SKP, STL…)
Generation is not available	Service temporarily unavailable — try again later
