Client sharing
Inviting a client to your project lets you centralize communication, share useful information, and collaborate effectively.
The client accesses a dedicated interface where you control exactly what information is available to them. They can review products, communicate with your team via chat, and download shared files.
Before inviting a client, we recommend using client preview to verify that information is correct and that the client has access to what you want to share.
Invite a new client
- Go to project Settings
- Click Client in the sidebar
- Click Invite a client
- Enter the client's email
- Click Send invitation
Manage invitations
If the client did not receive the invitation email:
- Click the "Resend" button on the invitation row
Information visible to the client
Products
The client only has access to products you have explicitly proposed to them. Products with Unspecified status are not visible.
For each accessible product, the client can view:
- Product name
- Description
- Images
- Price (depending on project settings)
- Web link (depending on project settings)
Files
The client only has access to files you have chosen to share with them.
To make a file visible or hide it:
- Go to the project Files section
- Click the eye icon to the right of the file name
- the eye icon means the file is visible to the client
- the crossed-out eye icon means the file is hidden from the client
